Structural Engineer for Subsea Installations (Steel)

Who are you?

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects. You will play a crucial role in the design, analysis, and implementation of steel structures for a variety of subsea projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and durability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structural analysis and design of steel structures for subsea installations.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop comprehensive and innovative subsea solutions.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports for steel structures.
• Utilize industry-standard software for structural analysis and design, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• FEM/FEA Analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering – Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5 years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on steel structures.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software is an advantage.
• In depth knowledge of relevant design codes and standards (e.g., ISO, API, NORSOK etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in English, both orally and written. Norwegian is a plus.
